Clint Santiago’s story starts with his family — Cuban immigrants whose work ethic and determination shaped the way he approaches everything he does. That drive carried him through college as a three-time Academic All-American, where he graduated summa cum laude while competing as a student-athlete.
After graduation, Clint spent years coaching football in an underserved community, leading his teams to three state championship appearances and mentoring young athletes both on the field and off. Drawn to a new challenge, he returned to school through an accelerated nursing program and went on to graduate at the top of his class from CRNA school.
Once in practice, Clint saw firsthand the staffing gaps facing anesthesia providers — and founded LocumsNow to solve them, building an anesthesia-specific staffing company rooted in the same discipline and determination that has defined his path from the start.
Outside of work, Clint loves to travel and spend time with family. For him, family is everything — the foundation that shapes who he is and what matters most in life.
